Court for Intellectual Property Rights Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client - HACHETTE FILIPACCHI PRESSE

Court for Intellectual Property Rights ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client - Hachette Filipacchi Presse (France) in the dispute on invalidation of two RUPTO’s decisions to dismiss the objections on granting legal protection to the Russian trademark «ELLE» No. 450508 and Russian trademark «ELLESTUDIO» No. 456766. Court invalidated two RUPTO’s decisions to dismiss the objections of Hachette Filipacchi Presse against granting legal protection to the Russian trademarks No. 450508 and No. 456766 and the court obliged Russian Patent Office to cancel the registration of the said trademarks.
