The Moscow Arbitration Court ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s Clients - Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (Israel) and LLC “TEVA" in Russian patent No. 2148400 invalidation case.
The Moscow Arbitration Court ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s Clients - Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (Israel) and LLC “TEVA" on recognition invalid the decision of the Russian Patent Office on refusal to consider opposition on the issuance of the Russian patent No. 2148400. Court invalidated the decision of the Russian Patent Office on refusal to consider opposition on the issuance of the Russian patent No. 2148400 and obliged RUPTO to re-examine the opposition of LLC “Teva" against granting the Russian patent No. 2148400.
