Moscow Arbitration Court Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client - JSC "VEROPHARM"

The Moscow Arbitration Court ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client - JSC "VEROPHARM" in patent No. 2134123 invalidation case. Court upheld the decision of the Russian Patent Office on recognition partially invalid Russian patent No. 2134123 for the group of inventions and on issuance of a new patent for the invention with the claims specified by the applicant - Aventis Pharma S.A.
