Presidium of the Court for Intellectual Property Rights ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client - Neurim PHARMACEUTICALS LTD. (Israel) in a case on recognition of a patent application No. 2011131532 withdrawn. Presidium of the Court for Intellectual Property Rights upheld the decision of the Court for Intellectual Property Rights regarding the same case. The court ordered Russian Patent Office to consider the patent application No. 2011131532 and to conduct the substantive examination of the said application.
