Arbitration Court Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client - DAF Trucks N.V. (Netherlands)

 Arbitration Court of Kaliningrad Region ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client - DAF Trucks N.V. (Netherlands) in a trademark infringement case with regard to the international registration No. 448007 «DAF».

Arbitration Court of Kaliningrad Region ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client - DAF Trucks N.V. (Netherlands) in a trademark infringement case with regard to the international registration No. 448007 «DAF». The court forbade LLC "BALTSPETSMASH"  to produce and otherwise enter into civil turnover cars marked by trademark «DAF» under international registration No. 448007 and withdrew from LLC "BALTSPETSMASH" in favor of DAF Trucks N.V. compensation for the infringement of the exclusive rights for the trademark in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) rubles.
