Court for Intellectual Property Rights Rules in Favour of Sojuzpatent’s Client – NEURIM PHARMACEUTICALS (1991) LTD

The Court for Intellectual Property Rights ruled in favour of Sojuzpatent’s client – NEURIM PHARMACEUTICALS (1991) LTD (Israel) in a case on recognition of a patent application withdrawn. The court satisfied the claims of Sojuzpatent’s client and recognized invalid the Decision of the Russian Patent Office according to which the patent application No. 2011131532 had been considered withdrawn. The court obliged the Russian Patent Office to consider the said application and to provide the substantive expertise.
