Arbitration Court Approves Settlement In Interests of Sojuzpatent’s Client SOREMARTEC S.A.

Sojuzpatent filed to the Moscow Arbitration Court a law suit regarding the violation by Mossa Distribution LLC of the exclusive rights of Sojuzpatent’s client - SOREMARTEC S.A. for the trademark “Raffaello” under the international registration No. 798984. During the court proceedings SOREMARTEC S.A. and Moss Distribution LLC agreed to conclude a settlement agreement. The Moscow Arbitration Court approved this settlement agreement on the terms which coincide with the interests of Sojuzpatent’s client.
