Arbitration Court Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s client SOREMARTEC S.A. (Belgium)

On April 11, 2013, The Moscow Arbitration Court ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – SOREMARTEC S.A. (Belgium). The Court considered an application by Mineralovodskaya Customs with regard to bringing individual entrepreneur Hachmahova S.N. to the administrative liability for the infringement of the intellectual property rights of SOREMARTEC S.A. for the trademark under the international registration No. 798984 (RAFFAELLO). The court decided to withdraw from the circulation and destroy the goods, coconut pralinki "Lux", detained by the Mineralovodskaya Customs.
