Arbitration Court Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client Hess Family Estates AG

Moscow Arbitration Court ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – Hess Family Estates AG (Switzerland) (third party) and rejected to satisfy the claims of the applicant Ltd. “Firm OKV” on recognizing invalid the decision of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property about pre-term termination of the legal protection of the Russian trademark «ATALAYA» No. 252885 due to its non-use.
