Arbitration Court Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client SOREMARTEC S.A.

The Moscow Arbitration Court ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – SOREMARTEC S.A. (Belgium) (Plaintiff). The Court obliged Ltd. “Trading House “Sweet Lines” (Defender) to stop the infringement of the intellectual property rights of SOREMARTEC S.A. for the trademark under the international registration No. 798984 and prohibited the Defendant to sell the confectionery “Cookie “Gallo”. The court also recovered from the Defender in favor of SOREMARTEC S.A. 104 650 rubles.
