Board of Chamber for Patent Disputes Stops Proceedings on Objection of Validity of Patent Filed by Sojuzpatent

The Board of the Chamber for the Patent Disputes ceased prosecution of the opposition filed by Sojuzpatent’s patent attorneys against the validity in the territory of Russia of the Eurasian patent No. 5008 due to the refusal of the patent holder company Sanofi-Aventis from the rights for the said patent in the territory of all Contracting States. The ceasing of the prosecution is in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client Pharmaceutical Factory "Polfarma SA" (Poland).
