Arbitration Court of Kirov Region Rules in Favour of Sojuzpatent’s Client JSC “UOLL”

On August 8, 2012, the Arbitration Court of the Kirov Region took a decision in favour of Sojuzpatent’s client JSC “UOLL” (plaintiff) in a utility model infringement case. By the said decision, the court satisfied the plaintiff’s claims and put an injunction against the defendants (Trading House “Rich” and individual entrepreneur Konnov L.B.) selling the sofa Warsaw IV, in which the utility model protected by Russian Federation patent № 67409 is used. The court also recovered damages from the defendants.
