Chamber for Patent Disputes Takes Decision in Favour of Sojuzpatent’s Client LLC “Kariba” on Trademark “TIKI BAR”

On August 7, 2012, the Chamber for Patent Disputes of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property took a decision in favour of Sojuzpatent’s client LLC “Kariba” and recognized the granting of legal protection to the trademark “TIKI BAR” under Russian registration No. 382343 as void.
