Chamber for Patent Disputes Takes Decision in Favour of Sojuzpatent’s Client Ghan and Lee Pharmaceutical Ltd.

On June 18, 2012, the Chamber for Patent Disputes of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property took a decision in favour of Sojuzpatent’s client Ghan and Lee Pharmaceutical Ltd. (China) and recognized Russian Federation patent No.2313362 for the invention “Acid insulin preparations having improved stability” as invalid in full.
