Chamber for Patent Disputes Takes Decision in Favour of Sojuzpatent’s Client PIGEON CORPORATION

On May 25, 2012, the Chamber for Patent Disputes of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property took a decision in favour of Sojuzpatent’s client PIGEON CORPORATION (Japan) and recognized the patent RU 2205039 for the invention "Device for diagnosis, treatment, prevention, drainage and/or administration of drugs" as partly invalid.
