Arbitration Court of Moscow Region rules in favour of Sojuzpatent’s client Soremartec S.A.

On February 28, 2012, the Arbitration Court of Moscow Region decided in favour of Sojuzpatent’s client Soremartec S.A. (Belgium) (plaintiff) in a dispute regarding the infringement of the exclusive rights for international trademark registration No. 052439. By the said decision, the court obliged the defendant LLC "EXPROD" to stop selling the gift sweets "Truffle" in packagings similar to the international registration trademark No. 1052439 and ruled to collect from the defendant in favour of Soremartec S.A. a compensation for the infringement of the exclusive rights for the trademark.
