Moscow Arbitration Court rules in favour of Sojuzpatent’s client Soremartec S.A.

On February 29, 2012, the Moscow Arbitration Court ruled in favour of Sojuzpatent’s client Soremartec S.A. (Belgium) (plaintiff) in a dispute regarding an infringement of the exclusive rights for international trademark registration No. 1052439. By the said ruling, the court approved an Amicable Agreement between Soremartec S.A. and LLC. “Torgoviy Dom “Russkie Producty torg” (defendant) on the terms which meet the interests of Soremartec S.A.
