Chamber for Patent Disputes Satisfies Sojuzpatent's Objection on Behalf of “Interface Russia”

On September 29, 2010, the Chamber for Patent Disputes of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks decided to satisfy Sojuzpatent's objection. Sojuzpatent was acting on behalf of its client LLC “Interface Russia” against providing legal protection to the trademark under registration certificate No 381447 in respect of part of the goods for individualization of which the trademark had been registered.
