Arbitration Court Decides for Divnogorsk Low-Voltage Machines Plant

March 09, 2010 – The Federal Arbitration Court for Moscow Circuit decided in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client Open Join-stock Company “Divnogorsk  low-voltage machines plant” (plaintiff) with regard to a case of infringement of exclusive rights to the utility model “Automatic switcher” patent RF 53815.

By this Decision the Federal Arbitration Court for Moscow Circuit affirmed the Decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court of August 27, 2009 and affirmed the Resolution of the Appeal Arbitration Court for Ninth Circuit of November 23, 2009, which were taken earlier with regard to the same case and according to which it was forbidden for the defendant to introduce into the civil turnover the goods “Automatic switcher BA57-39” in which the utility model under the patent RF 53815 is used.
