The Chamber for the Patent Disputes of the Russian Patent and Trademark Office ruled in favor of our client “Interbrand Zintsmeyer and Lux AG”

January 12, 2008 the Chamber for the Patent Disputes of the Russian Patent and Trademark Office ruled in favor of our client “Interbrand Zintsmeyer and Lux AG” (Swiss company – member of “Interbrand Group”) and cancelled the trademark registration 163589 “ИНТРЕБРЭНД” (which stands for “Interbrand” in Cyrillic letters) previously registered by a Russian squatter.
