The Chamber for the Patent Disputes ruled in favor of our client – Shell International Research B.V. in the opposition case

November 30, 2007 the Chamber for the Patent Disputes ruled in favor of our client – Shell International Research B.V. in the opposition case. The opposition was filed against the validity in the Russian Federation of the Eurasian patent # 5482 (belongs to our client). The Chamber agreed with the arguments of the patent attorneys of Sojuzpatent and maintained the validity of the patent.
