October 24, 2007 the Decision of the Chamber for the Patent Disputes in favor of our client - Siemens AG entered into legal force. The Decision overruled previous rejecting decision of the examination on the international trademark registration 837892 for the trademark “SION” in the name of the Siemen AGs.
