On August 5, 2006, the Chamber for Patent Disputes of the Russian Patent and Trademark Office issued its decision in favor of Sojuzpatent's client Kraft Foods Inc. (USA) canceling the trademark registration # 556016 “Dr.Kraft” registered in the name of a competing company.
