Volga District Arbitration Court Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client JSC “Valenta Pharmaceuticals”

The Federal Arbitration Court of the Volga District ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client JSC “Valenta Pharmaceuticals”. By the mentioned Ruling the Court dismissed the appeal of CJSC "Natur Produkt" (Plaintiff) and affirmed the Resolution of the Appeal Arbitration Court for Eleventh Circuit as of August 5, 2010.
