Chamber for Patent Disputes Sustains RENTGENPROM Trademark

On June 21, 2006, the Chamber for Patent Disputes' Decision on the “RENTGENPROM” trademark entered into legal force. The Decision sustained the registration in the name of Sojuzpatent's client – the Russian company RENTGENPROM Ltd.
