Chamber for Patent Disputes Upholds our Client's Trademark “CHURCHILL"

On June 6, 2006, the Chamber for Patent Disputes issued its decision in favor of Sojuzpatent's client over the trademark registration “CHURCHILL”. The Decision of Chamber for Patent Disputes overruled previous negative decision of the Federal Institute for Industrial Property rejecting the registration.
