The Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation on its Plenary Session ruled in favor for our client “Altaiskaya Raschetnaya Palata”

February 12, 2008 the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation on its Plenary Session ruled in favor for our client “Altaiskaya Raschetnaya Palata” (defendant) over the long-lasting dispute on infringement of the Russian patent 2148017 on catalytically grid process. The Plenary Session of the Supreme Arbitration Court sustained previous decisions of the lower courts in favor of our client and rejected previous motion of three judges of the Supreme Court for cessation of those decisions.
