The Appeal Arbitration Court for Ninth Circuit ruled in favor of our client «Chemical resource-and energy saving technology» Ltd.

November 14, 2011 the Appeal Arbitration Court for Ninth Circuit ruled in favor of our client «Chemical resource-and energy saving technology» Ltd. (Plaintiff) in trademark infringement case on Russian trademark No. 409019 and affirmed the Decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court as of August 26, 2011 according to which the Court decided: - to collect from one of the Defendants compensation in the amount of 200 000 rubles, - to collect from the other Defendant compensation in the amount of 200 000 rubles, - to collect from the third Defendant compensation in the amount of 200 000 rubles, - to oblige the Defendants to destroy on their own expense packagings of film-forming compositions marked with designations “ВПС-Д” and “ВПС Д”, - to prohibit the Defendants to use designations “ВПС-Д” and “ВПС Д” on the packagings of film-forming compositions when manufacturing and introducing them into the civil turnover and on the documentation related to the introducing of goods into the civil turnover.
