The Moscow City Arbitrazh Court ruled in favor of our client - LLC "Chemical resource - and energy-saving technology"

August 25, 2011 the Moscow City Arbitrazh Court ruled in favor of our client - LLC "Chemical resource - and energy-saving technology" in trademark RF 409019 infringement case. The Court obliged the Defendants - CJSC "Scientific and Production Company ERMAKHIM", LLC "BioHimTeks" and entrepreneur Bacharov V.V. to stop using the designations «ВПС-Д» and «ВПС Д» on the packaging of film-forming compositions when their manufacturing, offering for sale, selling, and any other introduction into civil turn over, as well as on documentation connected with the introduction of this product into civil turn over. The Court also obliged the Defendants to destroy at their own expense packaging of film-forming compositions containing designation «ВПС-Д» or «ВПС Д». The Court also decided to collect from each of the Defendants 200 000 rubles and the amount of paid state fee in favor of LLC "Chemical resource - and energy-saving technology".
