November 2, 2009 - The Chamber for the Patent Disputes of the Russian PTO issued decision invalidating in part in Russia the Eurasian patent 8223 (related to trimetazidin matrix tablet) belonging to Laboratories Servie (France). The opposition has been filed in the name of Gideon Richter (Hungary).
