The Appeal Arbitration Court for the First Circuit ruled in favor of our client “Soremartec S.A.”

 October 24, 2011 the Appeal Arbitration Court for the First Circuit ruled in favor of our client “Soremartec S.A.” (Belgium) (Plaintiff) in trademark infringement case on Russian trademark 395732 and affirmed the Decision of the Arbitration Court of Voronezhskaya Region as of July 13, 2011 according to which the Court decided to collect from one of the Defendants compensation in the amount of 2 000 000 rubles, to collect from the other Defendant compensation in the amount of 10 000 rubles, to oblige the Defendants to stop producing, introducing into the civil turnover and advertising ice-cream marked by the designation “Рафаэлла“, destroy the packages of ice-cream marked by the designation “Рафаэлла“.
