The Arbitration Court of Novosibirsk Region ruled in favor of our client “Ferrero S.P.A.”

September 23, 2011 the Arbitration Court of Novosibirsk Region ruled in favor of our client “Ferrero S.P.A.” (Italy) in trademark infringement case on international registration trademarks No. 783985 and No. 486994 and decided to collect from one of the Defendants ("Confectionary Concern Chernogorskiy" Ltd.) compensation in the amount of 200 000 rubles, to collect from the other Defendant (“Trading House Khoroshiy” Ltd.) compensation in the amount of 8 000 rubles and to oblige the Defendants to stop selling sweets “Monterosh”.
