Appeal Court Rules for Seiko Epson Corporation (Japan)

On August 15, 2011, the Appeal Arbitration Court for Ninth Circuit  ruled in favor of our client Seiko Epson Corporation (Japan) in a patent infringement case on the Russian patent 2336175 and affirmed the Moscow Arbitration Court's  decision  of June 1, 2011, in which the Court ordered to destroy counterfeit printer cartridges distributed in Russia by Defendant  - IKS-Technology and to collect damages.
