Sojuzpatent Defends “ALTUS” Trademark at Chamber for Patent Disputes

On June 13, 2006, a Decision of the Chamber for Patent Disputes in favor of Sojuzpatent's client on the trademark “ALTUS” entered into the legal force. The Chamber for Patent Disputes' Decision overruled the previous negative decision by the Federal Institute for Industrial Property. The trademark “ALTUS” is registered now for classes 07, 09 and 11.
