Moscow Arbitration Court Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s client “Valenta-Intellect”

On August 19, 2010, the Moscow Arbitration Court ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client LLC “Valenta-Intellect” and invalidated a decision of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks (Rospatent), by which Rospatent had invalidated in the territory of the Russian Federation the Eurasian patent No 10649 ( LLC “Valenta-Intellect” is one of patent holders).
