March 13, 2007 the Chamber for Patent Disputes invalidated Russian trademark “PИO” (it is “RIO” in Cyrillic letters) the Certificate of Registration №194619 in the opposition case filed by the trademark attorneys of Sojuzpatent on behalf of the client -“Bolton Alimetari S.p.a”.
