The Arbitration court of Moscow ruled in favor of our client Soremartec SA

February 22, 2008 the Arbitration court of Moscow ruled in favor of our client Soremartec SA (plaintiff, member of Ferrero Group) and
ordered final injunction on sales and manufacturing of confectionary “Landrin” by the Russian company ZAO “Landrin” (defendant) infringing the international trademark 798984 (which protects as image trademark “Raffaello” product). The infringer – ZAO “Landrin”
shall pay 500 thousand roubles to Soremartec SA as the compensation for the trademark infringement.
