On July 3, 2006, the Decision of the Chamber for Patent Disputes invalidating the registration of the trademark 283483“ЛЕО” (in Cyrillic letters) as confusingly similar to the prior trademark 45891 “LEO” (owned by Sojuzpatent's client) was confirmed by the Head of the Russian Patent and Trademark Office.
