The Moscow City Arbitration Court ruled in favor of the client of Sojuzpatent “Detergent Plant Ltd”

October 19, 2006 the Moscow City Arbitration Court ruled in favor of the client of Sojuzpatent “Detergent Plant Ltd” declaring non-valid the previous decision of the Chamber for Patent Disputes which invalidated the client’s trademark registration “Labomid”. The Court provides the order to the Russian Patent and Trademark Office for the reinstatement of the trademark “Labomid” in the Russian state register of the trademarks.
