October 14, 2006 the Chamber for Patent Disputes satisfied the opposition filed by Sojuzpatent on the previous Rejecting decision of the Examination which rejected the trademark application “Rostovskoe Zolotoe” of the Sojuzpatent client – Rostovskii Plant of Wines (Southern Russia). The trademark is allowed for the registration for sparkling wines.
