Sojuzpatent Helps Chemical Plant to Overrule Court's Decision

On June 14, 2006, the Moscow Circuit Federal arbitration Court ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent's client – Russian chemical plant JSC “Zavod mouschich sredstv” in a hearing on an appeal filed against the Moscow Arbitration Court's Decision.
The Decision of the appeal court overruled the Moscow Arbitration City Court's previous decision that had declared invalid the registration of the trademark “LABOMID” in the name of Sojuzpatent's client as a “generic common designation for industrial detergents”.
