Arbitration Court for Moscow Circuit Rules in Favor of our Client

On May 4, 2006, the Federal Arbitration Court for Moscow Circuit ruled in favor of the client of SOJUZPATENT confirming invalidation of the opposed patent RU 2133115 and declared invalid previous decisions of Moscow City Arbitration Court and Appeal Arbitration Court for Ninth Circuit (rejecting the invalidation of the above patent). The invalidation case was a defense in an infringement case filed against the client of SOJUZPATENT – ALVILS Ltd. who imported in Russia red pepper plaster made on the UK-Ukrainian joint venture.
