Unfair Competition Dispute Resolved in Favor of Sojuzpatent's Client ZAO “Rabota dlya vas”

On May 26, 2004, a dispute on unfair competition heard at the Prykamskoye regional board of the Ministry on the Antimonopoly Policy was resolved in favor of the applicant represented by Sojuzpatent's trademark attorney Dr. A.Isaev.
The Prykamskoye board issued an order to stop the use of the title “Rabota dlya vseh v Permi” (“The Job for everybody in Perm”). The order was based on the fact that the use of this title infringes the trademark rights of ZAO “Rabota dlya vas” (The Job for You”) for the corresponding registered trademark.
