Appellation Court Supports Decision of Moscow City Arbitration in Favor of Sojuzpatent's Client

On February 13, 2006, the Appellation Court for Ninth Circuit ruled to support the decision of the Moscow City Arbitration in the dispute between “Schelkovsky Vitamin Plant” and “VEROPHARM” ordering to stop infringement of patent RU 2229291 by manufacturing of the drug R-X-1.
