Moscow Arbitration Court Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent's Client – Brestski Electric-Mechanical Plant

On April 29, 2005, the Moscow Arbitration Court ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent's Client – Brestski Electric-Mechanical Plant in a dispute over a license agreement with the Moscow Electrical Measurement Equipment Plant. This case is the largest license agreement dispute in the market of the former USSR for the past several years. The sum of the dispute was about one million six hundred fifty five thousand USD.
