The book by Sojuzpatent's patent attorney Alexander P. Agureev “Features and problems of patenting medical purpose inventions nowadays” has been published. Dr. Agureev responds on a number of questions and problems domestic inventors of medical purpose objects meet with. In the book some aspects of the new patent legislation are given, in the appendix there are references to the Law "About pharmaceuticals".
