Chamber for Patent Disputes Decides in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client – BRODRENE HARTMANN A/S (Denmark)

Sojuzpatent successfully represented BRODRENE HARTMANN A/S (DENMARK), the world’s leading manufacturer of egg and fruit packaging, in a patent validity case at the Chamber for Patent Disputes of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property. As a result, the Chamber for Patent Disputes decided to keep our client’s Russian patent No. 2294877 in force, rejecting the opposition in full.
