Court for Intellectual Property Rights Upholds Decisions in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client – RENAULT S.A.S. (France)

Having reviewed the first two in a series of similar cases against LLC Profimport (Novosibirsk), the Court for Intellectual Property Rights refused second appeals by the defendant and confirmed the decisions to impose administrative liability on the aforementioned importer. Fake auto parts marked with various Renault trademarks were seized and destroyed. The defendant shall also pay a fine.
