Court for Intellectual Property Rights Approves Settlement Agreement in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client

The Presiding Board of the Court for Intellectual Property Rights cancelled the prior decision of the Court for Intellectual Property Rights (first instance court) to cancel the trademark registration in full and approved a settlement agreement of the adverse parties. The Ruling of The Board maintains legal protection of IR № 1129835 in Russia with regard to class 33 NCL products, that is the products the client is interested to use its trademark for.
