Court for Intellectual Property Rights Approves Amicable Agreement in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client – Gerry Weber International AG (Germany)

The Court for Intellectual Property Rights approved an amicable agreement in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – Gerry Weber International AG (Germany) in a trademark non-use cancelation case. According to the amicable agreement the owner of the Russian trademark No. 442389 «ТАЙФУН»  {TAIFUN} (registered in respect of goods of 32 and services of 35 classes of the Nice Classification) undertakes to grant to Gerry Weber International AG a letter of consent for the grant of legal protection in the territory of the Russian Federation to the international trademark registration No. 1158618 "TAIFUN" in respect of the services of class 35 of the Nice Classification.
